The Landscape de-contains human tangibility, without loosing the it's presence.
HEY, MY NAME IS AVIV NAVEH, I live in the north of complicated Israel. I finished my MAF in photography in Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design. My work deals mainly with the relations and interaction between the gathered group as a congregation of culture. These works reveal my interest in how people act in a group, in a given place, apparently with no guiding force behind them, individuals form a community and choreographing acts governed by ritual.
Does the solitary person lose his identity when he becomes directed by tribal laws that impact their culture to him? For instance, the aesthetics of space governance in the military (I was a paratrooper), fascinates me and seems to testify the human will to conquer and domesticate nature. In this community, the individual members act together while ultimately remaining strangers to one another.
