A Northern Lights Dream
 
In the exhibition "A Northern Lights Dream", 12 selected artists from northern Sweden exhibit photographs, video art, songs, and sculptures entirely dedicated to the mythical northern lights. In this exhibition you can experience and contemplate the magic these artists encounter during freezing and dark nights when most others are fast asleep.
 
The northern lights, or Aurora Borealis in Latin, have fascinated us, humans, throughout the ages, and experiencing the dancing phenomenon that moves in the sky during dark nights is something many only dreams of. But just north of the Arctic Circle where we are, is one of the best areas in the world to experience the Northern Lights due to the long, dark winters and solar storms throwing particles toward the Earth's poles.
